I can’t log in — what should I do?

If you can’t sign in to your account, follow these steps:

  1. Make sure you use the same email address you used during purchase.

  2. Check for typos and ensure you enter the email in lowercase letters.

  3. Reset your password using the “Forgot password” link: https://tixu.ai/onboarding/forgot-pass.

  4. Enter your email → click “Send reset code”. You’ll receive a 6-digit code by email (check Spam / Junk folders).

  5. Enter the code and set a new password.

If you still can’t access your account,  Submit a ticket or email us at support@tixu.ai  and include:

  • Email address used for registration

  • Screenshot of the error

  • Order ID or the last 4 digits of the card

Our team can also generate a temporary password for you if needed.
