Can I pause my subscription?

At the moment, Tixu does not offer a pause or hold option for active subscriptions.

However, you can cancel your current plan at any time — your access will remain active until the end of the billing period, and you can resubscribe later when you’re ready to continue.

To cancel your subscription:

  1. Log in to your Tixu account.

  2. Go to Profile → Settings → Subscription.

  3. Follow the on-screen steps to cancel your plan.

Your plan will stay active until your paid period expires. You won’t be charged again unless you renew manually.
