If you see a blank page, translation error, or broken login screen, it’s often caused by browser settings or plugins interfering with the page load.
Here’s what to do:
Disable browser auto-translation. E.g. In Chrome, click the translate icon in the address bar → select “Never translate this site.”
Clear your browser cache and cookies. Then refresh the page and try again.
Use an incognito or private window.
Check your internet connection or try another browser (Chrome, Edge, Safari, Firefox).
If you’re using an ad blocker, try disabling it.
If the problem continues, send us a screenshot of the error and we’ll investigate.
