How do I delete my account?

If you’d like to permanently delete your Tixu account, our Support Team can help you with this request.

To request account deletion:

Please contact our Support team and include the following details:

• The email address associated with your Tixu account.
  
  

• Reason for account deletion
  
  

• A short confirmation message like “I would like to permanently delete my account.”
  
  

Once we receive your request, we’ll process the deletion and confirm when it’s complete.

Please note that deleting your account will permanently remove your profile, data, and active subscriptions. This action cannot be undone.
