How do I change my password?

If you can’t access your account or want to update your password, you can easily reset it from the login page.

To reset your password:

  1. Go to the password reset page: https://tixu.ai/onboarding/forgot-pass

  2. Enter the email address linked to your Tixu account.

  3. Click “Send reset code.”

  4. Check your inbox — you’ll receive an email from us with a 6-digit verification code (don’t forget to check your Spam or Junk folders).

  5. Return to the password reset page and enter the code you received.

  6. Create a new password and confirm it.

Once your password is updated, you’ll be able to log in using your new credentials.

Having trouble?

If you don’t receive the reset email within a few minutes, double-check the email you entered or try again.

Our team can also manually generate a temporary password for you to restore access to your account.
