Your purchase history is available in your Profile.
To check:
Log in to your Tixu account.
Open your Profile
Open Settings > Billing History
Look for your active products, purchase details, or payment history.
Your purchase history may include:
active subscription,
past charges,
add-ons or extra products.
If you cannot find your purchase history inside your account, Support can help verify it.
Please contact us with the email used for purchase and, if possible, the payment date and amount.
