My card was charged by mistake — what should I do?

If you believe a charge was made by mistake, please follow these steps:

  1. Check if the charge relates to a subscription renewal or an optional add-on (e.g., AI Prompt Pack). These appear as separate transactions.

  2. Log in to your account and visit Settings → Subscription to verify your active plans.

  3. If you still don’t recognize the charge, Submit a ticket or email us at support@tixu.ai and include:

  • Email used for registration

  • Date and amount of the charge

  • Last four digits of the card used (for cases where we can’t find the charge associated with the email) or your Order ID

Our team will review the transaction and clarify its source.

Please note that all purchases on Tixu require manual confirmation by the user (e.g., clicking “Buy and Unlock” for Add-on purchases) — there are no automatic charges beyond active subscriptions.
