Our Refund Policy
Refunds are not issued automatically and are subject to specific eligibility criteria outlined in our Subscription Terms, Section 6.3.
To qualify for a refund, all of the following conditions must be met:
This is your first purchase on Tixu.
You contact us within the eligible time frame for your plan.
You have completed the required number of courses or challenges (with at least 70 % progress each).
You provide screenshots confirming your progress in your Tixu account.
If your request meets these criteria, we will process the refund promptly.
Please note that renewals, add-on products, or digital downloads are non-refundable once delivered or accessed, as stated in EU Directive 2011/83/EU Article 16(m).

How to request a refund
Submit a ticket or email us at support@tixu.ai and include:
The email address used for registration
The date of purchase
Screenshots showing your course progress
The reason you want a refund — your feedback helps us improve
What happens next
Once we receive your request, our team will review it and get back to you within 24 hours.
If approved, the refund will be issued within 3-5 days after confirmation. Please note, that it may take up to 10 days for your bank to proceed the refund.
