    Refunds typically take several business days to appear in your account, depending on the payment method.

  3. Check your bank or card statement.

  4. Confirm the payment method.
    Refunds are always returned to the same payment method used for your original purchase.

If more than 10 business days have passed since receiving the refund confirmation letter, we recommend contacting your bank or card provider directly — they’ll be able to track the incoming transaction.
