Why was I charged?

Tixu operates on a subscription basis. Before any payment is processed, you select a plan and agree to our Subscription Terms.

Your charge could be for one of the following reasons:

  • Automatic renewal: Your plan renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the billing cycle ends.

  • Add-on purchase: You may have chosen an optional one-time product (e.g., AI Prompt Pack or Personal Boost Pack) during onboarding.

  • Currency conversion: If you paid in a different currency, the amount may vary slightly due to exchange rates.

You can always check and manage your subscription via Settings → Subscription.

If you believe a charge was incorrect, please Submit a ticket or email us at support@tixu.ai and we’ll gladly review it.
