Most charges come from one of the situations below. Here is how to tell which one applies to you, and what to do next.
A trial has ended
If you started with a short trial — for example $1 for three days — the plan switches to the full subscription price as soon as the trial ends. That first full charge can therefore arrive only a few days after the trial payment. To avoid it, the subscription has to be cancelled before the trial ends.
A subscription renewed
Subscriptions renew automatically: monthly plans every 30 days, 3-month plans every 90 days, counted from your first payment. Cancelling at least 24 hours before the next billing date prevents the next charge — see How do I cancel my subscription?
You added an add-on at checkout
Add-ons such as prompt packs or bundles are separate one-time products. They are charged immediately when you confirm Buy and Unlock at checkout, so two charges on the same day usually mean one payment for the subscription and one for the add-on. See What is the difference between a subscription and an add-on? and Where do I find my bundles, prompt packs and Claude Skills?
A payment was retried
If a renewal payment does not go through, it is retried a few times within the same billing period. These attempts can appear on your statement as pending amounts before they settle or disappear.
The amount differs from the price you saw
When you pay in another currency, your bank converts the amount, so it can differ slightly from the price on the page. Local taxes may also be added.
Check what you were charged for
Sign in with the email you used to pay.
Open Profile → Settings → Billing History — see How do I see my purchase history?
Each line shows the product, the date and the amount, so you can match it against your bank statement.
Stop future charges
Open Profile → Settings → Subscription and cancel there. Your access stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for.
Still not sure what the charge is
Submit a ticket or email us at support@tixu.ai from the email you paid with, and include the date and amount of the charge. A screenshot of your bank statement helps us find it faster.
