Where do I find my bundles, prompt packs and Claude Skills?

Add-ons such as the Claude Work Bundle or the Complete AI Income Prompt Pack unlock right after purchase. You don’t get them by email — they are added to your Tixu account.

Find your add-ons

Sign in at tixu.ai with the email you used to pay. Add-ons belong to that account, so they won’t show up if you sign in with another email.

AI Tools, the Complete AI Income Prompt Pack and Claude Skills are separate products: buying one doesn’t unlock the others, unless you bought a bundle that includes them.

I still don’t see it

Submit a ticket or email support@tixu.ai from the email you paid with, and tell us the name of the add-on. We’ll check that it is linked to your account.
